If you want to be notified is a spot becomes available for an event or a court please watch this video.
NOTE: If you still having issues, try unistalling the app and when reinstalling it making sure to allow notifications.

You have until the end of May to adjust your skill rating.
Before reaching out to the club regarding any issues with CourtReserve please go through the following checklist:
Review the instructional videos above.
Visit the Player Packet that CourtReserve has published.
Restart your device.
Look for updates for your device.
If the issue is with the CourtReserve app try to uninstall the app and then reinstall paying close attention to instructions on allowing notifications.
Talk to your friends (or grandchildren LOL) who have a similar device to see if they can offer any insights.
Contact CourtReserve support. NOTE: providing any support personal with a video (complete with your narration) of any issue that you are facing is extremely helpful. What is not helpful is saying "The app doesn't work" etc.
Both Apple and Android phones have built in screen recorders. Learn how to use them and include that video with your support request.
If you have done all of the above and still are having issues then and only then reach out to the club to see if one of our unpaid volunteers can help you out.
